T's & C's
Ts & Cs
All the garments at Sadie Bosworth Atelier are exclusively handmade from beginning to end at our Cape Town based studio by our talented team. We are a small operation and as such make all garments to order. Please expect a 4 - 8 month lead time for our bridal collections. Our tulle robe collection and veils are also produced in our studio, and should the item you would like to order be out of stock, production takes 2 – 4 weeks.
Our Bijoux accessories are sourced from a number of different suppliers both locally and internationally. We only order small quantities of stock but are able to pre order for you if necessary. Lead time will be communicated on a case by case basis.
Should you wish to pre order an accessory or enquire about our accessories, please email sadiebosworthatelier@gmailcom
Should Sadie Bosworth Atelier not be able to deliver your Bijoux accessory order due to accidents, severe illness, labour strike, flood, fire or an act of God, the client will be refunded in full.
All prices are displayed in ZAR. Please get in touch if you would like to pay in a different currency or use our PayPal button to pay with your choice of currency.
RUSH ORDERS
If you have fallen in love with an item on our website and your event is within 4 months, please contact sadiebosworthatelier@gmail.com and we will try and accommodate you if possible. Please note that this will incur a rush fee.

PRODUCT CARE
To avoid tarnishing and prolong the life of your jewels we recommend keeping them in the box provided. Additionally, to maintain their shine and condition it is recommended that they do not be exposed to chlorine, nail polish removers, body lotions, soaps, perfume, and hairspray
To clean your jewellery, we recommend using a suede cloth. Please do not use water or any other cleaning agents as they can be abrasive and can remove the plating from the jewellery.
