SHIPPING
MADE TO ORDER GOWNS - BRIDAL
All our garments are made to order.
Our bridal gowns require a 3 - 6 month production time.
Party dresses and certain eveningwear items require a 2 - 8 week production time. Each style will have a rough indication of production time indicated in the product description.
DELIVERY
Local Orders:
We ship our local orders with The Courier Guy using standard shipping which takes 2 - 5 from dispatch to delivery.
International Orders:
All our gowns and accessories are shipped with DHL, and usually take 5 - 10 days from dispatch to delivery. Please allow time for customs clearance and account for any associated VAT and import duties that may be incurred.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearances, strikes and delivery backlogs. Sadie Bosworth Atelier is not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by customs, delivery strikes, or backlogs.
MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS - PARTY DRESSES, VEILS ETC
Our party dresses and eveningwear require a 2 - 6 week production time depending on garment complexity. We do keep a small number of these items in stock and should your size be available it can be shipped immediately.
Each style will have a different lead time which will be indicated in the description.
Please email us at sadiebosworthatelier@gmail.com for rush order enquiries, or for more information on the lead time of a particular item. We will do our best to accommodate you.
BIJOUX DELIVERY
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and order details.
You will be required to sign for your order so please provide us with an office our address where someone will be able to sign for your delivery between 9am - 5pm.
We cannot be held responsible for failure to accept the delivery.
Local Shipping
All local orders are handled by The Courier Guy.
Standard delivery is overnight to central areas, and two to three working days for outlying areas.
We unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O Boxes.
International Shipping
We use DHL for all international orders.
Delivery for all international orders is 2 - 5 working days.
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. We takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.
The shipping cost explicitly excludes any possible taxes and duties that could be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to make them as dutiable “merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to notify us.
Please then return the item to us (we can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this at the time that you contact sadie@sadiebosworthatelier.com). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), exchanges and refunds will only be accepted and processed if the item(s) are unused with all tags, button bags and packaging intact and no signs of damage, wear or alteration.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality, assembly process, incorrect usage or care of the product (not following the prescribed wash care instructions) the original product will be returned to you.
If the error was on our part, we will provide you with a refund or credit note.
Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with the best fit. Kindly check the garments sizing chart online for your perfect fit. If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery for orders within South Africa at the client's cost. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached.
Please note that our accessories cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes. Should you be unhappy with your order please contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange the damaged/incorrect item. Refunds and exchanges subject to approval on a case by case basis.
To request an exchange, please email sadiebosworthatelier@gmail.com with your order number and we'll get back to you. We will quote you on the cost of the courier to get the original product back to us, and the new product to you. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you.

Regrettably we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders or any sale, discounted or promotional items.
