To begin the creative process we ask that you fill out the contact form below so that we can set up our initial consultation at our studio in Cape Town or over video call. Here we discuss your ideas, fabrics and details, get to know you a bit better and understand what you are hoping for in a wedding gown.This is a collaborative process; we interpret your ideas, personality and style and use our design skills and experience to bring your dreams to life. We have samples of our ready to wear collection in studio that brides are welcome to try on to help figure out the right silhouette and feel for your gown.

 Each of our gowns is created from beginning to end at our studio. This process takes  at least 4 months to complete, and many of our clients start this process with us a year in advance and we do prefer a time frame of 6 to 12 months. Gowns for events within 4 months will incur a rush fee.

We require local brides to come for 3 -5 fittings throughout the process, while our gowns for international and out of town brides usually involve 2 fittings. This being said our studio has produced gowns for clients with no fittings at all! Having your gown made with us as an international or out of town client is totally achievable once we have your accurate measurements. Our fitting process begins with measurements, which are taken at every meeting, after which a mock up of the gown is created for you to ensure a perfect fit.  In the proceeding fittings our brides witness the evolution of their gown from start to finish and see each stage of production, beading and embroidery.

We are very experienced in working with brides from out of town and have created many bridal gowns with no fittings at all!

Provided we are able to get you accurate measurements we are confident that we will be able to deliver a perfectly fitted garment.

However we do recommend ordering your dress early enough so that there is time to take it to a tailor should minor tweaks be necessary.
